Regular School Dance
School dances are great social gatherings that may help raise funds for the organization sponsoring the dance. Hit music combined with a colored light show create an environment that is both fun and exciting.
Friday Fun-Day Gym Class
As an alternative to Gym class, Spin City Productions will come in with a sound system, facilitate games, activities, group dances and play requests. This is a great change of pace while keeping the students active and involved.
Homecoming Dance
Photography and Video of Homecoming captures this great time of year. Fall Football games raise excitement over the big school rivalry and the whole school celebrates at the homecoming dance. Kings and Queens may be crowned to add a sense of royalty to the festivities and After-Parties may be planned to provide a safe haven for those who, “just can’t get enough!” Photography packages may be added as well as Video.
Proms / After-Proms Disc Jockey, Videography, Photography
The Prom and After-Prom are climax of whole year and school career. They are elegant affairs where students’ fondest memories are created. Our professional Disc Jockeys ensure just the right music mix to please every crowd. Music Video performances may be added that combine the video images with today’s hottest music. Photography packages may be added as well as Video.
Grad Night Parties
Like Homecoming or Prom Dances the Grad Night dance is a blast. The Video Package is optional and includes coverage of the Graduation ceremony, Student interviews and highlights of the entire evening.
Graduation Parties
Graduation Parties usually occur in the Spring. Whether it be high school students going off to college or college students entering the career world, Spin City Productions can create a wonderful send off for friends and family.
School Play Videos / Choir CDs
School Play videos and Choir CDs are a win-win-win product. With the advent of the personal camcorder, many parents attempt to capture on video their child’s’ performance in the school play. Usually, they end up with a picture of the peoples heads in front of them and the sound of others whispering in their seats. Finally, what footage is captured remains on a little cassette that cannot be played in the VCR or DVD player.
Spin City Productions will film the school play with high quality broadcast cameras that capture the look and sound of the performance. Then, we will edit that footage into a television-style program. The result will be a beautiful DVD that the students will sell to family and friends. The proceeds from the sales of the DVD will cover the cost of production and raise money for the next performance. A similar system is used for the Choir CDs.
Sport Champion Video
Many athletes utilize their skills to obtain admission to or scholarships for college. One very effective method of showcasing the talents of a young athlete is through video. Footage from games or competitions is edited with interviews from parents, coaches, teachers, teammates and local media reps.
College Application Video
Similar to the Sport Champion Video the College Application Video showcases those most endearing qualities and academic achievements. Interviews with parents, neighbors, teachers, employers and friends, speak to “well-rounded” personality of the applicant.
Class Reunions
DJ / Video / Photo Class Reunions are miraculous affairs. Years of separation melt away as old friends reunite and catch-up on life since the good ol’ days. A photographer captures the images of people as they enter the affair, a video plays, projected on a large screen, showing images from the Yearbook and video interviews with memorable faculty; then the DJ plays just the right mix to keep the party going!
Parents Night Out
Parents Night Out is a fantastic way to give your parents a break. Spin City Productions will entertain the students while their parents go out to dinner, go holiday shopping or just spend time alone. Parents are encouraged to bring their kids to the school gymnasium. Spin City Productions will have games, activities, music, karaoke, clowns moonbounces, etc. Then, Parents come pick-up their “worn-out” children at the designated time.
